Leave allocation varies based on your current employment stage.

Employees serving their probation period are entitled to 2.5 days of Casual Leave and 2.5 days of Sick Leave. Upon successful completion of the probation period, any remaining unutilised leave balance from this allocation will be credited automatically to the employee's full-time entitlement.

Confirmed full-time employees are entitled to the full allocation of 5 days of Casual Leave and 5 days of Sick Leave per annum, in addition to all other applicable leave benefits as outlined in this calendar.

Carry-Forward Leave

Only Sick Leave (SL) that remains unutilised at the end of the calendar year will be carried forward and credited to the following year's balance.

Leave Lapse Policy

Casual Leave (CL), Restricted Holidays (RH), and Birthday / Anniversary Leave are non-encashable and will lapse at year-end if not utilised.
